About the Role: 

Key Responsibilities: 
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT software domain. 
• Pitch and present company services to potential clients (international and domestic). 
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients. 
• Conduct market research to identify new leads and potential markets. 
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. 
• Meet and exceed sales targets and business growth goals. 
• Maintain records of sales activities, leads, and client communications in CRM tools. 


Required Skills & Qualifications: 
• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Business Development Executive with some experience in sales role as well in the IT Software / Tech industry.
• Strong understanding of software services, IT solutions, and client acquisition processes. 
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 
• Proven track record in pitching clients and converting leads into business. 
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently. 
• Familiar with LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and proposal drafting. 


Good to Have: 
• Experience in handling international clients (US, EUR, or Middle East markets). 
• Understanding project life cycles in IT/software services. 
• Knowledge of CRM tools and sales analytics.
