We are seeking an innovative and motivated Salesforce Developer to join our growing engineering team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on impactful Salesforce projects and collaborate across teams to build scalable solutions and integrations. You'll be at the forefront of custom development and business automation that drives real results.

Design, develop, test, and deploy Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

Build declarative solutions using Flows, Validation Rules, Page Layouts, and more.

Develop and maintain custom integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.

Partner with Salesforce Admins, Product Owners, and key stakeholders to gather and translate business needs into technical solutions.

Write clean, maintainable, and high-performance code, following Salesforce best practices and design patterns.

Support testing cycles (Unit, QA, UAT) and troubleshoot bugs or performance issues.

Maintain detailed technical documentation for custom developments and integrations.

Contribute to release management using Gearset, Copado, or Change Sets.

Stay ahead of Salesforce platform releases and identify new features that benefit the business.

2–4 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification is required; Platform App Builder is a plus.

Salesforce Administrator and/or Advanced Administrator Certifications are required.

Proficient in Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce configuration (Objects, Fields, Validation Rules, Flows).

Experience with Salesforce API integrations (REST/SOAP).

Familiarity with Version Control (Git) and deployment tools like Gearset or Copado.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments.

Excellent communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical team members.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

Fluent in English (written and spoken); other languages are a plus.

Skilled at developing custom integrations with various third-party applications.

Comfortable analyzing business needs and delivering both technical and business-driven solutions.

Results-driven and proactive—able to work independently.

Strong at visualizing and quantifying business data within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Demonstrates creativity, resourcefulness, and continuous learning, including pursuing Salesforce certifications.

A true team player with a passion for problem-solving and innovation.
